Your dish has to point at a satellite roughly 36,000 km away. At that distance, tiny errors at the dish become huge errors in the sky: which is why alignment is everything.
Coastal challenges
Wind load, salt corrosion and the odd enthusiastic seagull all nudge dishes over time. A mount that was perfect two years ago may have quietly drifted.
The professional difference
We align to peak signal using proper meters, not guesswork, then lock everything down securely so it stays put through the next westerly.
Not sure if your dish has drifted? Our local DStv installation specialists in Langebaan offer dedicated DSTV dish installation & alignment across the West Coast.
