We link your primary and secondary decoders, configure the connection correctly and test independent viewing in each room before we leave — so nobody knocks anyone else off mid-match.
Extra View lets a second (and on supported setups, a third) decoder run off your existing subscription. The decoders have to be linked properly and cabled cleanly between rooms — get the linking wrong and one room bumps the other offline, which is the single most common DIY XtraView call we're asked to fix.
We set the primary and secondary roles correctly, run neat cabling, configure the Smart LNB or DSTV Switch as needed, and confirm each room works on its own. If you're starting from a fresh installation or adding an Explora, we'll build Extra View in at the same time.
